You should not post highly sensitive information such as passwords, authentication codes, full bank details, identification numbers, private financial information or other sensitive personal information. WEEDYVEST may review reported content and may moderate or remove content where necessary to protect members, maintain Community standards or comply with applicable law. Where reasonably possible, the identity of a user who reports Community content will not be disclosed to the person whose content was reported.

10. REFERRALS AND REWARDS

Where a WEEDYVEST referral programme is available, WEEDYVEST may track referral codes or links, referral relationships, invite status, joining status, verification status, qualifying funding activity, reward eligibility, reward payments, reversals and associated transaction records. WEEDYVEST may use account, device, payment and referral relationship information to identify potential referral abuse. Risk indicators may include shared devices, shared account information, repeated bank details, self-referrals or rapid funding reversals. Such indicators may result in further review, and reward eligibility may be determined, issued or reversed based on the applicable programme rules and qualification milestones.

11. SECURITY, FRAUD AND RISK REVIEW

WEEDYVEST may use security controls, audit logs, transaction controls, monitoring, secure webhook verification, fraud checks and risk indicators to protect Accounts and the platform. Automated systems, rules and risk indicators may help identify suspected fraud, unusual transactions, duplicate activity, referral abuse, suspicious Account relationships, unusual device activity and transactions requiring additional review. A risk signal does not necessarily mean wrongdoing has occurred. Where appropriate, flagged activity may be reviewed by authorised personnel before a decision is made. You are responsible for protecting your Account credentials and promptly informing WEEDYVEST if you suspect unauthorised activity.

12. COMMUNICATIONS

WEEDYVEST may communicate with you through push notifications, email, SMS, in-app messaging or other supported channels. Essential communications may include security alerts, verification notices, transaction confirmations, payout notices, KYC requests, Account changes, Service notices and legally required communications. You may not be able to opt out of communications that are necessary to operate your Account or comply with legal requirements. Where applicable, you may control preferences for promotional or non-essential communications using available preference controls or unsubscribe mechanisms.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PARTNERS

WEEDYVEST may use or integrate with third parties including identity and KYC providers, payment gateways, banks, payout providers, bank-account verification providers, Grant sponsors, technology providers, Mentors, instructors, Event providers and other authorised partners. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies where they process information independently. You should review any applicable third-party terms or notices presented to you before using an integrated service.

14. PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING

Your use of WEEDYVEST is also subject to the WEEDYVEST Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how WEEDYVEST collects, uses, stores, shares, protects and otherwise processes personal information across the mobile application, website, digital platform and related services. By using WEEDYVEST, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.

15. ACCOUNT CLOSURE

You may request closure of your Account through the available support or Account-management process. Closing an Account does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of all associated information. WEEDYVEST may retain information where necessary to complete outstanding transactions, process withdrawals, resolve disputes, maintain financial records, investigate fraud, comply with legal obligations or protect legitimate rights. Certain financial, KYC, transaction, audit or compliance records may need to be retained after Account closure where required by applicable law.

16. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

When using WEEDYVEST, you are expected to provide information required for the Services you choose to use and to keep your Account credentials secure. You should promptly report suspected unauthorised activity, provide additional information where reasonably required for verification or support, and avoid using Community features to disclose highly sensitive personal or financial information. You are also responsible for reviewing product-specific terms, notices, consent requests and third-party terms that are presented in connection with a particular Service.

17. LEGAL AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

WEEDYVEST operates subject to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, security standards and the requirements of authorised financial and service partners. Access to certain Services may depend on eligibility, identity verification, KYC status, transaction monitoring, product requirements and other compliance checks. WEEDYVEST may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to verify an Account, process a transaction, manage risk, prevent fraud or comply with applicable obligations. Where a Service involves an investment, contribution programme, Grant, payment, withdrawal or other financial activity, any applicable product-specific terms, contribution requirements, return information, maturity conditions, eligibility requirements or other material information will be presented to the user as part of that Service. WEEDYVEST may review transactions or Account activity that appears unusual, duplicate, unauthorised or potentially fraudulent. Where appropriate, such activity may be subject to additional review before further action is taken. A risk indicator does not, by itself, mean that wrongdoing has occurred. WEEDYVEST may also make reasonable changes to its Services, operational processes or these Terms where necessary to reflect changes in technology, regulatory requirements, service providers or the operation of the platform. Where a material change affects users, WEEDYVEST may provide notice through the platform or another appropriate communication channel.
